Michael Cusenza and Brett Colby are the two most professional people you could want representing you in a deal. Michael (over the course of years) showed me dozens of houses and I put bids on some homes and when an issue arose, Brett and Mike were quick to help negotiate the deal in my favor or tell me to walk away if it seemed not in my best interest. I was always floored that after working with me for so long they didn't just want to get rid of me. Mike never once made me feel like I was bothering him and in this Florida market you need a team that will jump on opportunities with you and Mike would happily schedule appointments for me the same day within hours of sending him homes. During negotiation you want Brett on your side. He isn't afraid to ask for what he thinks his clients deserve and isn't afraid to tell his clients the truth when he feels we've reached a sweet spot in the deal but will graciously and tenaciously pursue the deal that you want for you. Brett is honest and very deal savvy; he has built an amazing rapport with his colleagues in the field and I sincerely believe that I got my house only because of the rapport that Brett had with the other agent and the fact that the agent knew the deal would get done quickly, efficiently and without issue and boy did it. Brett's office team are stellar professionals and are on top of absolutely every detail you can imagine and then 100 details you never imagined. You attract the type of person you are and Brett's team and the insurance agents, inspectors, water testers, etc. are incredible. They were quick, inexpensive and the best in their trade. The Matt Weaver team made it feel like I wasn't even applying for a mortgage - it just happened with very little involvement from me. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with my entire long experience and would never use another agent than Mike and Brett. Thank you so much to the whole team for helping me.

Brett, I've tried to write up this review for the last month while still trying to wrap my head around how incredibly happy our family is and how much you and your team contributed to it all.

I honestly don't even know where to begin. My house was such a headache, that even in the amazing market we just had, I still put off selling it.
